How often should I have my windows cleaned?
If you love that "everything looks so much better" feeling that comes from sparkling clean windows then you should have the exterior of your home's windows cleaned quarterly and the interior cleaned semi-annually (small children and pets may dictate a more frequent schedule). In fact this frequency qualifies you for a 20% discount! Ask about it when you call. Businesses that rely on image, such as restaurants, retail and professional services should have clean windows at all times. This cleaning frequency will vary from weekly to monthly depending on location and public traffic. Whether you admit it or not, the condition of your windows is communicating an image about the rest of your property. What do your windows say about you?
What if it rains?
We have a 48 hr. rain guarantee. However, since rain is pure water typical rain showers will not affect your clean windows. If we have a windy and dusty rain within 48 hrs of your service just call us and we will re-clean the affected windows, no charge.
You won't drip on my carpet will you?
We get asked this by first time callers that may have had a bad experience with a less than professional service. You can be assured that our shoe cover wearing, drop cloth using, conscientious technicians will treat your property as they would their own.
Do you have tall ladders?
Our ladders allow us to safely access windows up to 3 stories. We are also certified in the use of lifts and have industry partners who provide rope descent work if necessary. More importantly, we are trained to OSHA specifications and pride ourselves in our safety record.
How far out are you scheduled?
We can typically get your work completed within a few days. However, there are times of the year that are very popular and may fill our schedules weeks in advance. Easter, Mother's Day, June, Thanksgiving and Christmas are very busy.
I have an emergency, can you squeeze me in?
We pride ourselves in handling emergencies, very few get turned away. Give us a call and let us know what we can do to bail you out. We just may surprise you.
Should I tip the workers?
You will receive the same care and high quality work whether you tip your technicians or not. You should know however that those that do get tips return to the shop at the end of the day with an extra bounce in their step and pride in their workmanship. Who wouldn't want that?
