How It Works
Step 1 Contact us and let us know of your gift idea. We may also have additional ideas for your particular situation.
Step 2 Tell us if you want us to be sneaky and go estimate the work without the gift recipient knowing or if you'd like us to just meet with them openly to determine the value of the gift.
Step 3 Pay for the gift over the phone or via our secure email server below.
Step 4 We email a pdf format gift certificate to you which indicates the service the recipient is to receive. You then print the gift certificate on your printer. Or, we can mail an actual plastic gift card to you or the recipient that is loaded with the value of the service you are giving.
Step 5 You get to be the hero of giving the only unique gift at your gift giving event.

PricingSince 1988 we've built in to our pricing exactly what it takes for you to receive the best value for the cleaning services you seek. We employ honest and reliable family supporting professionals. Our licenses and insurances are kept current and adequate to protect you in the unlikely event that an accident does occur on your property. We employ OSHA approved safety training to keep us on our toes and you and your property safe. And, we price our services so that we are able to stay in business and remain a reliable cleaning source to you for years to come.
Please note that the pricing below is for ball-park estimating and can change without notice, it will vary with driving distances and may also be increased for unforeseen difficulties. For exact quotes please allow us to give you an on-sight bid.
Window Cleaning Pricing
We charge by the pane. A pane is any piece of glass that is surrounded by a frame. If the panes are 18" x 18" or smaller we will count every two or three as one. Large panes that are larger than a sliding glass door will be counted as two panes. Since you may also want the price of washing only the exterior of your windows separate from washing both interior and exterior the pricing below is for washing one side of one pane only. Doubling the prices below will give you a ball park estimate for an interior exterior window cleaning.

Interior Detail Cleaning Pricing
For wall washing we charge by the area which could be a bedroom, a hall, a bathroom, a stairway, etc. Cathedral or high ceilings and large rooms may make a room count as two areas. Our wall washing includes moving the furniture and wall decor (pictures) , vacuuming where the furniture sat, washing all the papered and painted wall areas, washing all the doors, trim and baseboards, cleaning the frames of the wall decor and then putting everything back as it was. In laundry rooms and kitchens we even move the appliances and clean the walls behind and the floors underneath.

Blind and Shutter Cleaning Pricing
We specialize in 2" blinds and wooden shutters. We wash them on site and by hand, adjusting our methods to the material and by the extent of the cleaning needed. When just a dusting is needed it is performed with treated dusting or microfiber cloths while washing is performed with slightly damp microfiber cloths and mild solutions so not to damage fine wood finishes. Our techniques ensure "like new" results.
Our pricing is by the ladder (a ladder is a set of strings running through and supporting the slats in the blind). A typical 3'w x 4'h window blind has three ladders or sets of strings supporting, controlling and lifting the blind. Shutters are priced by the swinging section or any framed section of shutter louvers. A typical 3'w x 4'h window shutter has two swinging sections.
